  We are pleased you are considering Lexington Square. We know that this can be a very difficult and challenging time for the entire family and we want to provide you with the information you and your family need to make an informed choice.    Lexington Square is a recently remodeled, state of the art, 24-hour skilled care and rehabilitation center.

  Our RN and LPN to resident ratio is higher than in any other facility in the tristate area. We also continue to employ our own therapists because results show that our residents improve at a much faster rate. Further, our team approach and relationship with therapists, social workers, physicians, and pharmacists is used to design the most effective overall treatment program to meet each person's specific needs.

  To help our residents gain strength in order to reach independence and return home with a renewed sense of well-being is a common goal among our staff.

  We encourage social interaction through our activities program. Our wide range of activities promote physical and emotional well-being, as well as a sense of belonging.

   Our programming includes regular activities, such as games, hobbies, arts and crafts, informal fellowship, religious services, music appreciation, group physical activities, life skills, and quiet relaxation.
